Diet Friend/Sister

So, I finally found a dedicated enough diet sister. We start now! I'm not gonna lie, I'm really excited!!
Rules:

  • No more than 500 calories
  • No "evil food"
  • Must burn at least 500 calories a day
  • Must work out for two hours
  • Must stretch at least once
  • No binging
  • No purging
  • No cheating
Evil Food:
  • Bread
  • Pasta
  • Rice
  • Potato
  • Red Meat
  • Processed food
  • Sweets
  • Milk

Secret

I didn't go back to a friends house today because their mom was making sweet and sour chicken. If I would have gone I would have eaten enough for at least 4 people. When I have dinner at that house I always eat. I can't have dinner there any more. Yesterday I binged and ate cookie dough and 2 chicken strips. I purged it all up. Then I had a 250 calorie noodle soup and a little bit more cookie dough (600 calories). Today I punish myself by only eating 1/2 a green apple (50 calories). I don't plan on sleeping tonight. I will finish my homework. Study for tomorrows test. Drink tea and water. Then around 7am I will make two egg whites (30 calories) and go to the gym until 10 am when I will leave for class. I'm disgusted with myself. I'm also afraid. I'm not hungry any more....

I'm cutting for the first time in months. I hate to say it, but I missed it. I just feel so much better. Like everything is going to be okay. I will update with food bull shit later. Too sleepy to function.

Diet starts NOW

I have been working my ass off for the past two weeks and because of working so hard I've also been eating like a pig. Now it's time for that to stop. Starting diet pills tomorrow along with a bit of an "Ana Detox" sort of diet. Will be doing this until the end of the month then weighing in. Terrified of how much I gained while working.
Say NO to:

  • Bread
  • Sweets
  • Pasta
  • Potatoes
  • Meat
  • Chips
  • Fish
  • Sugar


New Diet:
Breakfast: Water, diet pills, vitamins. 1/2 kiwi or 1/2cup of orange juice
Lunch: Water, diet pills, 5 baby carrots or 1/2 kiwi
Dinner: Water, water, water, water, water, 1/2 green apple

Not Good Not Bad

Little bit of a binge, but I'm NOT going to purge or cut. Drinking a bunch of lax tea tomorrow morning and water fasting. Honestly my power has gone down and I need more. I need this. I want this. Skinny is beautiful. Skinny is perfect. I can and will do this.

Thin Commandments

1.) If you aren't thin you aren't attractive.
2.) Being thin is more important than being healthy.
3.) You must buy clothes, cut your hair, take laxatives, starve yourself, and anything to make yourself look thinner.
4.) You should not eat without feeling guilty.
5.) You should not eat fattening foods without punishing oneself afterward.
6.) What the scale says is the most important thing.
7.) Losing weight is good. Gaining weight is bad.
8.) You can never be too thin.
9.) Being thin and not eating are signs of true will.

A New Start

This blog is going to be my weight loss journey. This will have nothing to do with my personal life. Just how I feel, what I eat, when I work out, weight I've lost, and thinspo. I've had three blogs before this, all of which my friends have found. That will NOT happen again. Wish me luck!
