Diet starts NOW

I have been working my ass off for the past two weeks and because of working so hard I've also been eating like a pig. Now it's time for that to stop. Starting diet pills tomorrow along with a bit of an "Ana Detox" sort of diet. Will be doing this until the end of the month then weighing in. Terrified of how much I gained while working.
Say NO to:

  • Bread
  • Sweets
  • Pasta
  • Potatoes
  • Meat
  • Chips
  • Fish
  • Sugar


New Diet:
Breakfast: Water, diet pills, vitamins. 1/2 kiwi or 1/2cup of orange juice
Lunch: Water, diet pills, 5 baby carrots or 1/2 kiwi
Dinner: Water, water, water, water, water, 1/2 green apple
